Okay purple lovers this lipstick is for you! If you thought Instigator was purple heaven then you’ll fall head over heels for Punk Couture! This lipstick is PURPLE! No red. No pink. Just delicious blue undertones to give you that grape look you’ve been lusting for!

Punk Couture is deep blackened grape with a matte finish. Applied lightly, I get more of the grape look without all the blackened vampiness but when built up Punk Couture gets really deep. It goes on smoothly but is a bit patchy in the center of my bottom lip like Instigator. Again, it’s not too much of an issue once built up or applied over lip liner. Punk Couture wears very well once applied evenly. It goes on creamy and doesn’t feel drying. It lasts for well over 6 hours leaving behind a nice stain that lingers for another 2-3. Aside from the slightly patchy application and limited stock I can’t say anything bad about Punk Couture. It’s such a unique color! If you’re into vampy purples then do yourself a favor and check out Punk Couture at your local MAC! I think purple is going to be the hot color of 2014 and you definitely don’t want to miss out on this great headstart!
