Fancie’s Faves

February definitely wasn’t the best month for me as I’ve spent most of it in bed sick. Boo you polar vortex and wisdom teeth! Most days I could barely stand to get dressed let alone put on any makeup so this month I focused more on pampering my skin instead. Although I didn’t glam up February the way I wanted I still managed to stumble upon some pretty awesome products that have become staples in my routine. Take a look!

Too Faced Chocolate Bar Eyeshadow Palette I still haven’t gotten around to trying all of the shadows in this palette but I can’t imagine stumbling across a shade I don’t like. This palette is seriously amazing! It smells like sweet yummy chocolate and each shadow is pigmented and silky soft. Each shadow that I’ve tried has applied and blended beautifully to create the perfect look. My favorites so far are Milk Chocolate and Cherry Cordial. I could live the rest of my life using them in my crease. The effect is just beautiful!

Boscia Tsubaki Cleansing Oil Gel I tried a sample of this cleanser on a whim and fell head over heels for it! I’ve always been a fan of using oils to clean my face so this cleansing gel really put me in my comfort zone. Whether I use it alone or with my Clarisonic it leaves my face feeling clean and hydrated without that tight dry feeling most cleansers leave behind.

MAC Fix+ My skin is usually pretty dry this time of year so it’s no surprise that when I apply my powder things can look a little off. Insert Fix+ and the day is saved! This spray is so refreshing and it makes my makeup look amazingly smooth and perfect. I use it every time I apply makeup!

Philosophy Senorita Margarita Shower Gel Who knew smelling like a margarita was so refreshing? I absolutely love using this shower gel! Especially in the morning when I’m feeling all tired and groggy. It’s an excellent pick me up! Not to mention, I get tons of compliments when I use it!

Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask I have extremely dry lips so it’s no shocker that I can’t live without this mask. It’s so thick and hydrating! Since I’ve started using it I’ve definitely noticed an improvement in the texture of my lips. I don’t exfoliate half as often as I used to!

Maybelline Hibiscus Haven Color Elixir Hibiscus Haven is everything I could ask for in a gloss! The color is bright and beautiful. It’s hydrating and long wearing. Plus, it even leaves a nice stain behind as it fades. I can definitely see this becoming my go to lippie this spring!

MAC Prep+Prime Lip I didn’t realize how important lip primers were until I tried this little beauty! Prep+Prime makes my lippies so much easier to wear during this time of year. It cuts down on all of that annoying cracking and feathering that makes your lips look all icky. It’s a must have for perfect lips!

Anastasia Beverly Hills Ebony Dipbrow Pomade Holy cow I love this stuff! It makes my bald brows look so full and natural. It’s a bit tricky finding the perfect brow filler because my brows are so sparse but I think this is it. It blends well and lasts all day without any smudging or fading.

MAC Phlox Garden Anyone who knows me knows I LOVE a pop of color on the waterline! Phlox Garden is the perfect eyeliner for adding a bright touch to neutral look. It’s so creamy and pigmented! I just smudge it on my bottom lid and it instantly adds oomph to my look. I’ll be using this all spring and summer long!

Boscia Tsubaki Oil Like the cleansing oil gel, I tried the Tsubaki Oil on a whim and loved it! It’s very lightweight but still pretty moisturizing. I love using it on my face and nails! It leaves everything feeling soft and plump. Plus it brightens a little too!

Ole Henriksen Nurture Me Cream This cream is so hydrating and smells so good! This weather has been a little harsh on my skin but this moisturizer keeps my dry patches and eczema at bay all while smelling like a delicious creamsicle. It’s a treat to use every morning!
