Sephora Collection Dome Z Palette First Impressions

Gift cards or not, I NEEDED this palette! Yes, the all caps was necessary. Z palettes are truly life saving! I definitely appreciate the free lipsticks I scored from depotting but the free space felt so much more rewarding. I have a drawer full of blushes and highlights rolling around with type of organization. Now the Sephora Collection Dome Z Palette is only a small step but it’s still in the right direction!

Did I mention that it comes with extra goodies too? A lot of products that you depot won’t automatically stick to the magnetic board so Z Palette was kind enough to toss in some magnetic stickers. There’s small and large sized stickers so you can easily pop in your favorite blushes, face powders and eyeshadows. It also comes with a handy dandy little metal spatula! I’ve been needing one for my kit so this was a great bonus!

As you can see, I wasted no time at all filling this baby up! I was able to squeeze in:

  • 2 MAC Studio Fix Powder Foundations
  • MAC Mineral Blush
  • MAC Mineralize Skinfinish
  • 2 MAC Blushes
  • 6 eyeshadows

The dome size is the largest Z Palette available so it’s perfect for those super big (and deep) powders and blushes. My old Z Palette is a large but it’s not as wide or thick as the dome size. There’s definitely a lot more space! I had a feeling I should have ordered the small Z Palette too for the eyeshadows but there’s always next time. If you need to de-clutter your stash too then you need to run to Sephora right now!

  1. Haha it’s full already huh? Nice 🙂 I’ve been on the verge of ordering this one at Sephora several times but I always backed out. Maybe next time…? 🙂

Lol I wasted no time! I do think it’s worth a try though. Especially since you don’t usually see these kind of palettes in stores
