It’s matte madness! Thanks to one of my lovely readers and fellow blogger, Vee, I was finally able to get my hands on the limited edition Wet n Wild Matte MegaLast lipsticks. I’ve been searching all around town like a chicken with its head cut off looking for them. So when I spotted them at Rite Aid I couldn’t help but to do a quick happy dance. The search is over!

My local stores only seemed to carry the nail polish display which featured 6 limited edition matte shades. I picked up:

• LAC – My Mani? pale butter yellow
• So Berry On Trend deep berry

Now on to the stars of this show! The Fall 2014 Matte Collection featured 4 new and limited edition matte MegaLast lipsticks. They feature similar packaging to the permanent MegaLast lipstick line except they sport a sexier, more expensive looking rubbery matte tube. I totally love it! I just wish Wet n Wild would make these things fully retractable. They’re so easy to damage.

• Sweet Cream warm pinky beige
• Urban Night warm mid-tone burgundy
• Bordeaux Boulevard muted grape
• Sunset Siren bright red orange

I’m rocking Urban Night at the moment, and let me tell you, I think love it! It applies very well and the color is just beautiful and so unique. It looks like a berry shade in the tube but it’s full on burgundy on my lips. It’s a really great fall lipstick that I need back up, honestly. If you’ve been having trouble finding this collection as well I suggest checking your local Rite Aid too. I thought this was a Walgreens exclusive but it’s also available at select CVS stores also.
