You know what I hate? The fact that like all men have naturally long, thick beautiful lashes. It’s just not fair! Men barely even notice their lashes. Much less appreciate them. Why couldn’t all that luscious lash love have been given to me, God? Why?!

For years, I’ve been falsies-dependent (I diagnosed myself, yes) because my lashes are like nonexistent from a distance. I’ve never really complained though because, hey, falsies are pretty fun and glamorous looking. But sometimes, I just don’t feel like getting all glam. Sometimes I just want to look like a regular ol’ gal with amazing lashes.

That’s why I love the Chanel Inimitable Waterproof Mascara so much! Chanel touts this formula as one that does it all and I totally agree! It lengthens, curls, separates and adds a bit of volume to my short, clumpy lashes. I’m talking a full on transformation! The small, slim plastic spiked wand really grabs each lash delivering a nice curl and lots of length and volume so it’s great for the top and bottom lashes. It gives me that flirty, doll-eye type of look that I just love!

And the formula is really great too! Inimitable wears for well over 8 hours without flaking or smudging and it holds up very well with my watery eyes. It’s an incredibly easy to wear formula that doesn’t irritate my eyes or make my lashes feel hard or crunchy. I know the Chanel Inimitable Waterproof Mascara is a little pricey ($30) but it’s well worth the money! There’s a reason this baby keeps popping up in my faves. It’s holy grail material!
