Fancie Faves Makeup of 2014

Last round! This one’s all about my favorite face makeup such as foundation, concealer, bronzer, etc. Let’s get started!

Maybelline Baby Skin Instant Pore Eraser won’t exactly erase your pores but it creates a smooth base for easy makeup application while subtly blurring fine lines and pores. It’s a really great primer for the price!

NYX Pore Filler Primer is a great drugstore primer for oily skin or gals with large pores. It has a subtle blurring effect and controls shine and oil very well throughout the day. It’s one of my go to primers for my shint T-zone.

NARS Instant Line and Pore Perfector is my other go to primer for my T-Zone! It minimizes and controls shine very well while visibly blurring pores and fine lines. This is one of the only primers that fills in those stubborn fine lines under my eyes for a flawless concealer application.

Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation is one of the first (and only) foundations I’ve ever come close to finishing. I’m almost halfway through this bottle and I won’t hesitate to purchase another! Cappuccino is the perfect match for my skin tone and the formula works great with my dry skin plus it always looks so natural.

NARS Pure Radiance Tinted Moisturizer is an old favorite but it’s holy grail status so it’s no surprise you’ve seen it around so much. This stuff is super creamy and lightweight with light to medium coverage that’s great for fuss free days.

Makeup Forever 5 Camouflage Cream Palette is another oldie but goodie! This full coverage concealer palette is so good that I have one for myself and one for my kit. You can customize your own concealer shade to spot correct, conceal, contour or color correct with ease.

Makeup Forever Pro Finish Foundation has been a staple for so long I’ve actually got a huge dent in it! I kick myself every time I realize I haven’t fully reviewed this baby because it is everything! Ranging from medium to full coverage, it evens my skin tones and covers imperfections all while looking natural with a skin-like semi-matte finish. Love this stuff!

CoverGirl Queen Collection Bronzer just recently joined my collection but it is contour heaven! It’s deep enough to give a subtle or dramatic contour for deeper complexions which is hard to find. Especially for this cheap!

Yves Saint Laurent Touche Eclat Highlighting Pen is another old staple that I rediscovered this year. This little pen is amazing at correcting dark spots and highlighting under my eyes. It works great on top of foundation but I love how amazing it looks when I apply it first!

NARS Radiant Creamy Concealer is another fave that I’m close to hitting pan on and will repurchase. This concealer is so easy to use and looks very natural for a medium to full coverage formula. It’s my all time favorite concealer!

Black Radiance Concealer Stick is the bomb for contouring! This thing is super deep so it’s perfect for us gals on the deeper end of the spectrum. I actually have to apply it with a light hand because it’s so dang pigmented. Thank goodness it blends easily!
