What’s in Your Shower?

Africare 100% Glycerin, Shea Moisture Dry Coconut & Hibiscus Brightening & Toning Dry Oil Mist

Up for a little beauty challenge? I thought you’d be! It’s been a few days but we’re gonna bounce right along and have a little shower talk. I loooove showers! They’re extremely relaxing and refreshing for me. I literally wanted to cry the day our shower went out because it’s the best time of the day to really meditate and clear your mind. Somehow, I’ve managed to hold it together but I do miss my shower gels, body scrubs and co-washing. Some of my favorite shower products include:

Since I’ve been forced to improvise I’ve been trying some new products and there’s 2 that I don’t know how I ever lived without. First, is the Africare 100% Glycerin. Glycerin is pretty much pure moisture. Any moisturizing product on the market is bound to have this stuff high up on the list because it’s crazy hydrating. And when paired with the Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Brightening & Toning Dry Oil Mist my skin just feels amazing. I haven’t touched lotion since! The Shea Moisture Dry Oil Mist is also very hydrating and as you can imagine it smells soo good too. I’m extremely addicted to both right now.

Ooooh, I love showers, I take 2 a day, they are so relaxing and pampering. How do you use the Africare Glycerin? Is it like a glycerin soap, or is it a moisturizer? I pour a little bit of Shea Moisture Coconut & Hibiscus Body & Massage Oil into my toddler’s bath- she loves the smell and it keeps her baby skin nice and soft. This Dry Oil Spray sounds interesting -do you spray it on damp skin after a shower? Does it work on hair too?
