Brush Up on Your Couture with Sonia Kashuk!
Every time I turn around there’s a new Sonia Kashuk brush set splattered all over Instagram. I promise you. One day, I’m going to uninstall that app. It’s dangerous! I knew I shouldn’t have made that trip to Target for honey buns after seeing it but I couldn’t resist. Naturally, after snatching up boxes 2 boxes of honey buns I made my way back to the cosmetics aisle to marvel at the new colorful set.
You’d think I’d had enough after the Anniversary and ABC sets but nope! Sonia Kashuk brush sets are mildly addictive thanks to her bold use of colors and prints. This time around, the handles sport a multicolored floral design and shiny gold ferules that are simply beautiful. There’s 5 brushes including:
- Duo Fibre Multipurpose Brush
- Synthetic Contour/Buffing Brush
- Large Angled Eyeshadow Brush
- Synthetic Crease Brush
- Precision Liner Brush
I have a busy weekend ahead of me so I won’t be washing and using these babies until next week. However, I have to note that this set is incredibly soft. Almost all of the brushes are buttery soft to the touch and pretty dense too. I can already tell I’m going to like this set but I have a good feeling I’m going to love those face brushes!

Girl, I’m like SO glad we don’t have a Target! Our little town, well it isn’t that little, but it is growing – we’re getting new businesses all the time. We have rumors of this and that… but I’d just die if we got a Target. Are you still getting your target box?
Target can be worst than CVS when it comes to temptation lol. Consider yourself lucky! And no. I’m so pissed that I didn’t find out about the new ones until they were already sold out. They go sooo fast!! Did you order one?
No, but I’m seriously considering it. It’s so inexpensive! I may check out the Target box at the end of the month – but I’d never be able to use the coupons …. the nearest one is 90 miles from here…..
If I recall correctly, you can use them online too! From now on, I’m going to be keeping an eye on the Target site for new boxes. They’re seriously a great deal and I hate that I keep missing them lol

It’s not a subscription. Just a one time thing they usually do every season. It’s just hard keeping track of when the next one may pop up lo . I do think it would be a great idea if Target started a beauty box service. Hey, have you heard about the one Sephora is launching soon??
Yes I did – I think it’s a great idea, I don’t know if I’d do it, but it is neat. I saw that it’s only going to be in a few states. That’s kind of a let down. My order came in yesterday, both of them at the same time! I love the mascara!!!!! Karen @ MBB was right it is the BOMB!!!
I waited for months to finally see these in stores, and planned on buying a set the second I saw one, but once they finally arrived, I just couldn’t pull the trigger.. they are so gorgeous and they look like such great quality, but I have to make myself wait until they go on clearance lol. I have tooo many brushes right now, so these beauties will have to wait a little bit longer, but I can’t wait to see a review on how they perform!
I don’t blame you! I usually wait until her sets go on clearance too but I’ve been impatient lately lol. So far, I really like the face brushes. They’re sooo soft and dense! The eyeliner and blending brush seem pretty good too. I’m going to really put them to the test this weekend
