Manicure Monday!
Happy Monday! I hope you were able to shake those dreaded Monday blues this morning so you can have a nice, productive start to the week. I’ve spent most of my day cleaning up and reorganizing which has been absolutely horrible. But at least I have my pretty manicure to boost my mood a little.
Over the weekend, I finally stopped by nail salon to get my nails done and reshaped. I’m finally able to grow my nails out again so I’ve went back to the coffin shape (which I love!) and decided to go a little dark for fall. My picks this week were Essie Smokin’ Hot, a deep mauve-isn grey with a creme finish and Jessie’s Girl Burst Color Pop Glitter Polish. Together, the two create a vampy yet girly manicure that I’m really digging. I’ve already received tons of compliments on the colors and my mom liked the combo so much that she decided to use the same colors. I kinda hate she did that though. I’ve always felt like it was common nail courtesy is to wait until the next salon visit to jack someone’s polish. Or did I just make that rule up? LOL!
