See, I told you I was going palette crazy! The Lorac Mega Pro Palette 2 was one of many eyeshadow palettes on my list but I wasn’t too sure if I was gonna get it or not. I haven’t had too much time to swatch it but when the tower of blue boxes dwindled down to just one I knew it was time to grab it. I felt it in my bones.
The Mega Pro Palette 2 is basically 2 Pro Palettes combined consisting of 16 mattes and 16 shimmers for a grand total of 32 shadows for $52. It’s a limited edition Ulta exclusive that’s been flying off the shelves since it released because there’s so much variety. I was a little turned off by the left half of the palette but the more I looked at the Mega Pro Palette 2 the more I wanted it.
I have the original Pro Palette and it’s smooth, buttery and pigmented so I just knew the Mega Pro Palette 2 was going to be good. And oh my glob it is! I practically melted as I started swatching it. The texture is soft and buttery and the colors were pretty pigmented too. But what really blew me away was the color selection. The Mega Pro Palette 2 turned out to be a palette that I can see myself reaching for quite often. There’s so many amazing crease shades (and transitions too) that I don’t have to reach for another palette to create a complete look–no matter what mood I’m in. If you happen to catch the Lorac Mega Pro Palette 2 hanging around I highly recommend snatching it up before it disappears!
