Happy hump day! Today has definitely been a long hump day for me so I’m dying for a pink pick me up right now. And a nap. I could so go into hibernation right now. After I get a little Pink Wednesday on, first, of course.
Usually us pink lovers are greeted with a fair share of blushes, lipsticks and even highlighters in shades of pinks to collect and love. However, it’s not too often that we get an entire pink-toned palette to feed our fancies. In fact, pink based shadows can be a little tricky to find these days.
That’s why I had to pull my Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette back out recently. I’ve been on a bit of a shadow kick lately and nothing pairs better with my bold and neutral pinks like the rose hued shades in my Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette. It’s a beautiful palette with a mix of shimmers and mattes to create day and night time looks that are perfect for pink lovers.
One of my go to shades is Dust, a pale metallic pink shimmer with iridescent micro-glitter. I love popping it on my lids for a glittery glamorous look. Or pressing it on top of other shadows to pump up the shimmer factor. It’s easy to forget about eyeshadow palettes once you collect so many but I can’t believe I’ve been neglecting my Urban Decay Naked 3 Palette for so long. It’s the perfect touch of pink!
