Iman Rebel Luxury Moisturizing Lipstick Review
Spring is right around the corner but I’m not letting go of my edgy and vampy lipsticks until I see sunny skies and May flowers. I just can’t get enough of them right now! One of my new favorites is the Iman Rebel Luxury Moisturizing Lipstick from her fall Alter Ego Collection. I’ve been addicted to brown lips lately and Rebel is like the perfect 90s brown lip that’s a must have.
Rebel is a warm brown with a slight red undertone that’ll have you feeling like Iman or Naomi Campbell in the 90s. Straight fierce! It’s edgy and funky but still quite wearable. Rebel is the kind of lipstick you pull out when you’re rocking a fierce highlight and contour or a killer smokey eye but don’t want to feel like you’re trying too hard with your lips.
Iman’s Luxury Moisturizing Lipsticks are a little more expensive than your typical drugstore lipstick at 10 bucks a pop but the formula is beyond worth it! Rebel applies like butter with a creamy, lightweight texture that’s lightly moisturizing yet still packed with pigment. It doesn’t settle into lip lines, bleed or feather so it looks good from start to finish. Even without a lip liner.
Rebel wears quite comfortably for around 5-6 hours before it begins to fade into a stain. Which is quite impressive for a creamy, moisturizing formula. Most moisturizing lipsticks barely last 4 hours on me so it’s nice to have a lipstick that’s easy on the lips yet still long lasting. Iman Cosmetics can be a little tricky to find but I definitely recommend checking out your local Walgreens and Target to pick up Rebel Luxury Moisturizing Lipstick. You absolutely need it if you love brown lips!
