PUR Minerals Sun-Kissed Glow Strobe Palette Swatches
One of the many good things about working at Ulta is that I get to work with brands that have never crossed my mind previously. PUR Minerals has been around for quite a few years but I’ve never paid them much attention because none of their products seemed to catch my attention. It wasn’t until PUR came out with their new cream highlighting palettes that I finally caught on to the magic of PUR and decided to give them a try. You know I can’t resist a good highlight!
Strobing brings a new dimension to facial contouring for instant luminescence. Highlight and define with three coordinating shades to create a custom, lit-from-within look for any skin tone. The silky cream glides onto skin for buildable, streak-free coverage and transforms quickly to a powdery, transfer-resistant finish. Infused with our proprietary, age-defying Ceretin Complex, a glowing, youthful-looking complexion has never been so easy.
PUR has hopped on the strobing bandwagon with the new Strobe Palettes featuring 3 cream-to-powder highlighters in 2 options: Moonlight glow, a lighter, cooler option for lighter complexions and Sun-Kissed Glow, a deeper, warmer option for medium to deep complexions. To be honest, I was tempted to get both of them because they’re absolutely enchanting in person. However, I managed to only walk away with Sun-Kissed Glow.
Sun-Kissed Glow features a warm champagne, peachy gold and golden bronze highlighter with a soft, silky texture that’s creamy but not super emollient so it doesn’t feel like your typical cream highlighter. Each shade is very pigmented so a little will go a long way with these babies. As I swatched them, I couldn’t help but notice how well they glide and adhere to bare skin and just how beautiful each highlighter turned out to be. All 3 shades are littered with fine shimmer that gives a soft, natural glow that’s easily buildable to a more intense glow that can be seen from across the street. PUR has certainly outdone themselves with the new Strobe Palettes because they seem to be amazing quality all the way around. The packaging is absolutely stunning with a solid, classy feel and the highlighters themselves are unbelievably good. I think everyone needs to head to their local Ulta to check them out!
