Are you ready for complete lipstick madness? I sure hope so because Urban Decay is finally unleashing all 100 shades of their new Vice Lipstick in stores at Ulta. I can already feel my head exploding! Can you imagine the beauty of 100 lipsticks welcoming you as you walk through the doors at Ulta? I’m already swooning. Picking the perfect lipstick can be a tricky task but Urban Decay is making sure that we’re able to find our ideal shade of pink, red or even black. I don’t know about you but I’m super pumped to see Urban Decay expand their lipstick range and take on MAC with their spectacular creamy Vice Lipsticks. You go Urban Decay!
On top of Trance, I also received 3 more Vice Lipsticks from Urban Decay to help me get nice and acquainted with them before they were able at Ulta. They’re all beautiful but my favorite shade of the bunch is Big Bang, hands down. Big Bang is a bright hot fuchsia pink with a Metallized finish. It’s 10 times more glittery and frosty than Trance making it look like pink glittery paradise in the tube and on the lips. I mean Big Bang literally looks like it’s been dipped in glitter. It’s so gorgeous! Like Trance, Big Bang has a smooth, creamy texture that doesn’t feel gritty at all. Instead, Big Bang feels really good on the lips and looks amazing on all skin tones. Big Bang is pretty much a girly girl’s dream lipstick!
I was also a big fan of the more neutral Backtalk, too. Backtalk is a soft mauvey pink with a creamy Comfort Matte finish that feels exactly like the old Revolution Matte formula that I’ve grown to love. I’m so happy that Urban Decay didn’t switch up the formula because Backtalk is one very pretty neutral pink that’s rather easy to wear. It doesn’t suck all of the moisture out of my lips or emphasize my fine lines much making it a great option as an everyday pink for me. Or anyone for that matter. Since Backtalk isn’t as in your face as Big Bang I think it’s going to have a much wider appeal as it’s super easy to pull off for many skin tones.
Last but certainly not least is the mega-sexy 714. It’s a classic blue red with a Mega Matte finish that’s giving me some serious Marilyn Monroe pin-up vibes. If the name or color seems familiar it’s because it was recently released in the limited edition Gwen Stefani collection but now it’s back for good. Yay! I don’t usually rock reds on the regular but there’s something about 714 that has me excited to wear it. It’s very vibrant and makes a powerful statement. Exactly how I like my red lipsticks! 714 is a tad bright for my taste though so I’ll more than likely end up toning it down with a nice vampy liner. If you love bright, sexy matte reds I have a good feeling you’re going to love the 714 Mega Matte Vice Lipstick!
