A clear, healthy complexion is easy to achieve when you have the right tools on hand. There’s a lot that goes into keeping your complexion in tip top shape including drinking lots of water, eating nutrient rich food, moisturizing and keeping your skin clean. All of which are easier said than done. If I had a dollar for every time I said I was going to exercise and eat better I’d be a millionaire by now. I just can’t seem to give up my precious pizza and various other junk foods but I always try to put my best food forward when it comes to keep my skin hydrated and clean. Which is only half the battle but a darn good start when carbs are your best friends. Gotta start somewhere right?
