Sparkle & Shine with the Urban Decay Liquid Moondust Eyeshadows
Holiday season is all about the sparkle and Urban Decay is bringing us plenty of sparkle to shine through every holiday party this year with the new Liquid Moondust Eyeshadows. For years, Urban Decay has been making eyes and lips dazzle with their iconic Moondust pressed pigment shadows that are all shimmer, all the time. Apparently the need for sheen has increased over the years because Urban Decay decided to pump up some intense Liquid Moondust Eyeshadows that are more pigmented and sparkly than ever. I love it!
Urban Decay really stepped outside of the box with the Liquid Moondust Eyeshadows. It’s not often that you come across liquid eyeshadows. Especially ones as bold and glittery as Urban Decay has cooked up. There’s an electric sparkling purple, rich glittery mocha brown and even a coral pink duochrome in the mix. Urban Decay has a color for every occasion that requires a little extra glamour.
There’s 8 shades in the Liquid Moondust Eyeshadow including:
- Chem Trail pale champagne gold with gritty iridescent glitter
- Zap warm gold with golden glitter
- Spacetime mocha-bronze with golden glitter
- Recharged fiery coral with golden duochrome finish
- Magnetic bright purple with silver and purple glitter
- Vega bright cobalt blue with blue gliter
- Zodiac forest green with silver glitter
I’m loving the color range so far and the formula seems to be pretty good too. All of the shades are pretty pigmented and apply rather smoothly minus Chem Trail. Chem Trail feels more like straight glitter in a tube. The base gets lost in translation when swatched so all you get is a chunky wash of glitter. Which can be tricky to work with for beginners. The rest of the Liquid Moondust Eyeshadow gang are a little more easy to work with though and make great bases or sparkly accents for any holiday look. You should head to your local Ulta or Sephora to check them out if you’re a hardcore glitter addict. Or just like a little extra sparkle. 😉
