I was really hoping for another holiday highlighter palette this year from Becca but part of me is kinda glad that they went with blushes instead. The Blushed with Light Palette features 3 blushes including:

  • Wisteria Mineral Blush dusty mauve
  • Songbird Mineral Blush tangerine orange with golden shimmer
  • Snapdragon Shimmering Skin Perfector Luminous Blush peachy coral with gold sheen

All 3 blushes are absolutely beautiful and make great everyday shades for a variety of skin tones ranging from fair to deep. Wisteria is a new, exclusive shade that Becca whipped up especially for the Blushed with Light Palette. I was a little worried about Wisteria at first because it looks a little light in the pan but once swatched it starts to warm up and get a little deeper on my brown skin appearing as a soft dusty rose. However, Songbird and Snapdragon were the reasons I ended up biting the bullet and grabbing the Blushed with Light Palette. That along with the price, of course. ?

I’ve had my eye on Songbird and Snapdragon for months because they look beautiful on brown skin. If you know me, you know I’m a sucker for orange toned blushes because they look so natural against brown skin. So you know Songbird is right up my alley! Songbird has just enough color to liven up my cheeks but it isn’t overpowering or overwhelming so I never have to worry about going overboard with it or struggling to pair it with my eyes or lips.

Snapdragon is also a treat for my dark skin divas because it has a little more color than Songbird so it gives cheeks more of a pop. Not to mention, Snapdragon also comes equipped with some stunning fine gold shimmer that can easily double as a highlighter when layered. The color feels more like a spring/summer blush but Snapdragon can certainly still hold its own in the winter months too as it’s not too bright or bold. Instead, Snapdragon gives my brown skin a natural flush of pink with a soft golden glow.

As you can imagine, a deal this good doesn’t stick around too long so you probably won’t find the Becca Blushed with Light Palette online at Ulta anymore. But there’s still good news! You can probably still track down the Becca Blushed with Light Palette in stores at both Ulta and Sephora for just 17 bucks. I hope you’re able to find one!
