Black eyeliner is great for adding definition but blue just makes everything pop! Whether I’m rocking eyeshadow or a funky cat eye I love adding a little color to my bottom lid using colorful liners. There’s a ton of colors that compliment my brown eyes but nothing makes them pop like a nice blue!
