Can you tell that I’m obsessed with glowing, dewy skin? It just looks amazing in the spring and summer! As I was telling Katherine, (we’re great makeup buds in my head lol), I haven’t quite achieved that highlight that the ladies of the Real Housewives of Atlanta were sporting. They were literally glowing in the dark! Lately, I’ve been a little pressed for time so I can’t sit in the mirror piling on shimmering powders like I want. Instead, I’ve been using this quick beauty tip to add a little glow to my skin and brighten my complexion.

Simple Cleansing Micellar Water

I can’t stress enough how important it is to completely remove your makeup and wash your face at night. I just can’t always practice what I peach. I know, I know. I’m terrible. But sometimes I’m just too tired and my bed seems way more appealing than spending 10 minutes over the sink. So, as you can imagine, I didn’t hesitate a lick to try the Simple Cleansing Micellar Water after reading some pretty good reviews.

If you haven’t been listening, I want you to lean in very closely so you don’t miss out again. There’s some gems in the drugstore aisles! I’ve shown you some the amazing lipsticks, glosses and bronzers I’ve come across but there’s also some high quality skincare goodies in the mix too. I took a chance on the CeraVe Facial Moisturizing Lotion AM after seeing rave reviews on the line from Huda Beauty and Musings of a Muse and, boy oh boy, it’s good!
