NARS Fanny Audacious Lipstick Review
Today isn’t Wednesday but everyday is a good day for pink! Especially a NARS pink. There’s no way you can pass up a NARS pink. One of my new favorite pink lipsticks is NARS Fanny Audacious Lipstick. It’s a little expensive at $32 but it’s well worth every penny–from the color, to the packaging, to the amazing formula. It’s all good!
Fanny is a bold berry pink with a creamy satin finish that’s rather dupable but it’s the formula that sets it apart. Most vibrant pinks have a tendency to settle into lip lines, bleed or feel a little drying. But not this beauty!
Fanny glides on like butter with a smooth, creamy texture that lightly hugs the lips while leaving behind a slight juicy sheen that makes lips look plump and kissable. Despite the creamy formula, Fanny manages to stay put for a rather long time. I get around 4-5 hours of solid wear before Fanny fades into an intense hot pink stain that lasts me pretty much all day.
I know it’s a little difficult to stomach spending over $30 on a single lipstick. Especially when it’s not the most unique shade of the bunch. However, Fanny proves its worth with the foolproof Audacious formula behind it. It’s long lasting, pigmented and very easy on the lips. I’d save it’s worth the extra coin!
