What’s Your Most Recent Beauty Purchase?
Why is buying makeup so much fun?! I get a rush whenever I add something to new to my collection. It’s a pretty crazy feeling. One that I have way too often these days. Lately, I’ve been “rewarding” myself for my new job with new makeup goodies I’ve been eyeing. My most recent buys were:
- MAC Tats Lipstick from the ever so beautiful Giambattista Valli Collection. Tats is a show stopping bright, hot fuchsia pink with a creamy matte finish that’s perfect for spring and summer. Plus, it comes in girly hot pink packaging that’s over the top cute!
- Urban Decay Stash 24/7 Glide On Pencil has been on my list forever. Stash is a shimmering olive that I just know is going to make my brown eyes pop. The formula is nice and creamy too so I know I’ll have lots of fun smudging this baby on my bottom lids.

Ordering Nyx’s new Suede liquid lipsticks yesterday. The most recent that I actually have in my possession is MAC Matte Royal.
Oooo I love me some Matte Royal! I need to order those NYX lipsticks myself. I found the new Milani ones and almost forgot about them lolol

Oh, I LOVE Stash! It’s such a gorgeous olive gold, makes my brown eyes pop! I got UD shadow in Tonic (great duo chrome) and the Too Faced Love Blush in I will Always Love You (peach with gold shimmer)
I was thinking of you when I got it! It’s been on my list forever and I’m so happy to finally have it. The color is so beautiful! That blush is also on my list lol. I’m a sucker for peachy blushes and anything gold so I’ll be adding that one to my collection very soon. Have you tried it yet?
So glad you are enjoying Stash! And yes, I love the Two Faced Blush! It’s beautiful on its own, but sometimes, I’ll add a creamy gold highlighter underneath for even more bling ! On me, it’s medium pigmentation and you can build it up, but you might want to swatch in store. BTW, I’m also in love with the Disney Dare To Dream Luminizing Stick in Free Spirit (gold sheen) for like $3. Just swipe and go. It’s LE, so I bought a backup
Yeah I’ll definitely be swatching it first. I can’t really tell if the color will really show on me but I’m a sucker for that golden sheen so I have to be sure lol. That combo sounds so gorgeous! I bet it looks soo good on you too! I think I’m gonna search for that luminizer today since I’m off. It sounds mighty tempting..
Awwww I missed out on Tats and wish I had ordered it. I did get Eugenie and Charlotte.
Ok…unfortunatly for my wallet those weren’t my last purchases. My very last purchase was Yesterday, I went to the CCO which is like 40 mins from my house. I bought a Clinique face wash for myself and a men’s face wash for my son, Clinique stay matte foundation and MAC pink rebel lustre drops. Wanted a few LE lipsticks but the ones they had I wasn’t interested in getting them.
Oooo you lucked up and found some great goodies!! I wish I lived near a CCO. I’d probably be poor LOL! I kinda missed out on the MAC GV collection too. I wish I would have ordered Eugenie too. It looks so pretty!!
