Milani Black Cherry Color Statement Lipstick Review
Yes, I’m still knee deep in my love affair with Milani’s Color Statement Lipsticks! I just can’t believe the quality for how cheap they are! Uptown Mauve and Sangria were a dream and Black Cherry is no different.
Black Cherry is a deep blackened wine shade that looks so bold and vampy on. It glides onto the lips smoothly with no pulling or tugging. Black Cherry feels pretty creamy upon application but quickly sets to a matte finish. It wore for about 5-6 hours before fading. Even with the matte finish I didn’t find Black Cherry to be drying until it began to fade.
The Color Statement Lipsticks do have a strong watermelon scent that may be unbearable for some but if you can get past it you’ll definitely appreciate the line. I own a few MAC lipsticks similar to Black Cherry and they don’t apply and wear as well as this $6 wonder! I definitely recommend checking out Black Cherry!
I’m a fan of Milani lip color and I own both Sangria and Black Cherry, Black Cherry is my favorite though. Just a gorgeous shade for every skin tone!
