Milani Fuchsia Color Statement Lip Liner Review

I don’t know if you’ve noticed, but Milani and me sort of have a thing going on. Sure, there’s been some mistakes here and there but what we have is special. And it’s only getting stronger! I’ve been all over the lippies, blush and polish but haven’t paid much attention to the lip liners. I have no idea why! If the rest of the gang is as good as the Fuchsia Color Statement Lip Liner it’s so on!

The Color Statement liners have a rather simple pencil design. Each pencil is color coordinated and comes with a shiny gold cap. Of course, you must sharpen to play so I recommend keeping a sharpener handy.

Fuchsia is a vibrant warm, mid-tone (you guessed it!) fuchsia with a creamy matte finish. If you line your entire lips with Fuchsia you’ll forget you’re not using a lipstick. That’s how creamy it is! Fuchsia glides across the lips so smoothly with intense pigmentation in one swipe. I was really shocked by how nice Fuchsia felt on the lips despite the matte finish. It’s not drying at all and it applies much more smoothly than some of my MAC lip pencils. Plus, it wears just as nicely! Fuchsia lasted for around 6-7 hours on its own before fading into a nice, even stain. It didn’t bleed or feather and it didn’t make my lips look dry either.

I honestly can’t think of one bad thing to say about Fuchsia. It’s super affordable ($4 or less) and the quality is superb! The formula is very creamy, long lasting and versatile. You can easily wear Fuchsia alone as a lip color or pair it with lipsticks and glosses. Not only does it look and wear fabulously but it also helps extend the wear of your lipsticks while making them look crisp and neat. Who doesn’t want that?! If you haven’t tried the Milani Fuchsia Color Statement Lip Liner then you need to grab one soon!

I’m picking up more very soon! Along with a couple of the new Bella gel eyeshadows. They look so pretty!

  2. Hey Fancie, SERIOUSLY? It costs 4 bucks??? Man, gotta be jealous you guys have so many different drugstore brands at a good price. Here in Belgium the choices are limited, and to be honest they aren’t all that cheap anyways!

That’s so lame! I wish you guys had better access to different brands without the markup! There’s so many nice affordable brands you have to try!
