Now here’s a lipstick we can all appreciate! I know a matte lavender lip doesn’t excite everyone but a deep sexy red that’s fall ready is bound to turn a few heads. Meet Enchanted Ruby. She’s one of the gorgeous new limited edition lipsticks from the ever so stunning Milani Bedazzled fall collection that you’re destined to fall in love with.

Enchanted Ruby is a deep, slightly warm brick red with a matte finish and sweet vanilla scent. Like most reds, it’s a pretty dupable color but it’s also a shade that can work well on just about everyone. It has a slight hint of berry that really gives it a modern twist and screams fall. Oh, and looks pretty darn sexy too!

Enchanted Ruby has a creamy texture that applies smoothly and evenly without tugging or pulling and has great pigmentation. I found the formula to be very similar to MAC’s Retro Matte lipsticks as it has a very flat matte finish with no shine. Despite the matte formula, Enchanted Ruby didn’t feel drying at all nor did it bleed, feather or settle into lip lines. It also looked a lot nicer on the lips than Enchanted Amethyst. The finish didn’t look dry and powdery–just smooth and creamy. It was actually quite comfortable to wear and lasted for around 5-6 hours before fading into a stain.
