Too Faced Melted Fuchsia Lipstick Review
When Too Faced announced there were more Melted Lipstick shades on the way I wasn’t surprised at all. The formula is pretty nice! I’ve already built up a small collection but I’m still ready to add more to party because I enjoy them so much.
A new favorite of mine is, Melted Fuchsia, a bright hot pink with cool undertones and a cotton candy scent. It’s certainly not a lipstick for the faint of heart. Melted Fuchsia is bright and pank! I’m talking almost neon-bright. But I love it! The color really pops on my brown skin and makes me feel all cute and girly.
Melted Fuchsia is a dream on the lips too! It applies smoothly with a lightweight, creamy texture and intense pigmentation. It’s also very comfortable to wear lasting for around 4-5 hours before leaving an intense stain.
Sometimes, hot pinks can be hard to pull off but Melted Fuchsia is fairly easy to wear. The color doesn’t seem to emphasize flakes and I only experienced some minor settling as the color began to fade. The formula has a bit of slip though so it tends to bleed and feather a bit. But it’s nothing a little lip liner can’t fix! If you’ve had your eye on Melted Fuchsia (or any of the Melted Lipsticks) I recommend taking the plunge. It’s a reason they have such a cult following!
