Sephora Love Note Haul Part One
There’s nothing like a little retail therapy! Nothing. I don’t care how much makeup I collect I’ll never stop getting a rush when I buy new makeup. It just gives me a rush! Today was the last day of the Sephora Love Note sale so I decided to place an order online for a few goodies but not before stopping by the store and grabbing a few things, of course.
It’ll be a few days before I get my hands on my online order but in the meantime I wanted to show ya what I snagged from the store. Honestly, I wanted just about everything but I had to narrow it down a bit so I wouldn’t end up in the poor house. So far, I settled on a contour duo and 3 liquid lipsticks.
Initially, I went in search of cheek products but after failing to find the NARS Dual Intensity Blushes or new Clinique Pop blushes I set my sights on the new Too Faced Melted Metal Metallic Lipsticks. I ended up with:
- Melted Metallic Jelly metallic deep plum
- Melted Metallic Dream House metallic electric fushcia
- Melted Metallic Violet metallic violet orchid
I also picked up the Make Up For Ever Pro Sculpting Duo in Golden after seeing so many people rejoicing its greatness on my timeline every day. I mean seriously. You’d think people had never seen a highlight powder before the way this thing pops up every 5 minutes. But you know what? I get it. I swatched it about a month ago and I’ve been waiting for this sale ever since just so I could get my hands on it. Lord knows I don’t need another highlight powder but I’m happy to have this baby after drooling over it for so long.
What did you get from the Sephora Love Note sale?
Oh my goodness, between the Ulta and Sephora sale, I bought a TON of stuff, including the Melted Metallics Violet and Jelly. Haven’t opened them yet, but I’ve been on a purple lipstick/gloss kick lately. I went from having 0 to like 6 in the last month (from Too Faced, NYX, and Colour Pop). Nice picks on the highlighter and lippies- I bet they will look great on you !!
Lol that’s how it all starts! That’s how I got started with coral lipsticks. I’m embarrassed to count how many I may have now lol

I purchased metallic jelly/violet, cover fx drops (favorite purchase), YSL volupte tint-in-oil (love), clinique cheek pop/lipstick in the color cola (gorgeous color), and a much needed powder brush. I had to really restrain myself from over spending. I think I did good this time 🙂 Let me know if you like the sculpting duo. I really wanted to get that too. Maybe during the next sale 🙂
