Too Faced Melted Metallic Dream House Lipstick Review
Annnnnd just like that we’re back to pink! Sorry, guys. I honestly can’t get enough of pink lips. They just fit me! And the new Too Faced Melted Metallic Dream House Lipstick is no exception to that rule. It just works!
Melted Metallic Dream House is a bright, vibrant fuchsia-pink with a cool blue undertone, sweet candy scent and subtle metallic finish. It’s a rather bold pink that definitely makes a statement so I’ve been wearing it on my lazy days when I don’t feel like sporting too much makeup–just a thick black line on the lids, Kiss falsies and BB cream. Simple!
Melted Metallic Dream House applies smoothly and mostly evenly with a thin, lightweight emollient texture and semi-opaque coverage in a single swipe. Again, the Melted Metal Lipsticks aren’t as pigmented as the original Melted Lipsticks so you may have to apply an extra layer or two to achieve the full intensity.
But the formula is still pretty good! Melted Metallic Dream House wears comfortably for around 3 hours before fading into an intense hot pink stain. I didn’t experience much feathering and bleeding but Melted Metallic Dream House does tend to slightly emphasize flakes and settle into lip lines so I recommend exfoliating beforehand. Overall, I’ve really been enjoying the new Too Faced Melted Metal Lipsticks and if you’re into shimmering hot pinks I definitely recommend trying Melted Metallic Dream House!
