What Beauty Products Can’t You Live Without?

MAC Fix+, NARS Amande Radiant Creamy Concealer, Black Radiance Dark Concealer Stick, Nivea A Kiss of Moisture Essential Lip Care, Prada Candy Perfume, NYX Honey Dew Me Up Primer & Serum, Make Up For Ever Pro Finish Multi Use Powder

This is probably the hardest question you’re ever gonna be asked. So brace yourself. Here it goes. If you had to leave behind all of your makeup and only pack your must haves, what would they be? For me, this answer seems to change almost every week. As a beauty blogger (and makeup junkie), I’m always buying and trying something new but I do have a few products in my stash that would definitely make the cut if I ever had to do a makeup purge. Those goodies include:

MAC Fix+ When you have dry skin, you look to everywhere for moisture. Cleansers, toners, primers and even sprays. I’ve been obsessed with Fix+ forever because it adds a boost of moisture to my skin while prepping it for a smooth makeup application when I use it before applying my makeup. When I use it after applying my makeup, it helps everything look more natural and dewy.

NARS Amande Radiant Creamy Concealer I’m usually one to love something and leave it but I just haven’t come across another concealer good enough to make me stop coming back to this baby. It’s so easy to blend and provides excellent coverage while still looking natural and not cakey. It’s one of the first formulas I’ve found that doesn’t get lost into the fine lines under my eyes.

Black Radiance Dark Concealer Stick Talk about contouring goodness! This little concealer stick provides a killer contour that lasts all day and complements my skintone so well. The creamy formula sets to a powder like finish that lasts all day and helps me fake the most killer cheekbones.

Nivea A Kiss of Moisture Essential Lip Care Dry lips have been giving me a headache for as long as I can remember but now my lips stay soft, smooth and flake free thanks to this Nivea balm. The thick emollient formula is intensely hydrating and leaves my lips feeling like silk upon application. I’ve went through about 3 tubes already.

NYX Honey Dew Me Up Primer & Serum You probably already know by now how I feel about this stuff lol. This honey based primer is loaded with skincare goodies like collagen and it hydrates and preps the skin for a smooth, even radiant makeup application. I even like to use it alone to make my skin look all nice and dewy on my no makeup days.

Prada Candy Perfume This is my all time favorite fragrance for many reasons. For starters, the sweet sensual notes of amber and vanilla smell heavenly divine. No matter how much I wear it, I always receive compliments. Every time. Another reason why I love it is because it plays well with different scents too. I love pairing it with Dolce & Gabbana Pour Femme and Marc Jacobs Honey.

Make Up For Ever Pro Finish Powder Foundation This is hands down my favorite foundation, ever. The formula offers great coverage, the color is a perfect match for my skin tone and it’s so easy to apply and blend. It takes me less than 2 minutes to toss this baby on and go. No stippling or excessive blending required at all. And thanks to the versatile formula, I can use it wet or dry to customize my coverage for my needs.

Eyeshadow primer for my super-oily lids is at the tops of my list (Too Faced Shadow Insurance or UD Primer Potion are my favorites). BareMinerals Original Foundation SPF 15 in Fair, their Mineral Veil in translucent, and Rose Radiance: These always work with my fair oily skin, even without primer. Black mascara for sensitive eyes. E.l.f. Studio Maximum Coverage Concealer – Oil Free in Porcelain (it’s the only thing that matches my skin and doesn’t melt off). E.l.f. Studio HD Lifting Concealer in Brightening – covers dark circles from insomnia, dries quickly, doesn’t need setting powder. Any good quality lip balm, as long as it’s not too goopy or super-waxy (like ChapStick…ick!).
