You can create a clean a crisp line — like a regular ol’ tightline or a glammed up cat eye. Or you can kick things up a notch and rock an intense smudged, smokey eye. The choice is yours! There’s 3 palettes featuring neutral shades from brown to green to blue that can be used wet or dry including:
