Milani Matte Fearless Color Statement Matte Lipstick Review

Milani Matte Fearless Color Statement Matte Lipstick

Earlier this summer, Milani released 5 new Color Statement Matte Lipsticks in shades that felt a lot more like warm fuzzy scarves than beaches and sunshine. It was kinda a rebel move considering summer is usually reserved for bright neons and pastels–but I can dig it. I’m a rebel too. I didn’t even wait until fall to crack open the deepest shade of the bunch, Matte Fearless. That’s how badass I am.

Matte Fearless is the kind of vampy lipstick that you have to rock with a fierce attitude. Like you’re a force to be reckoned with. It’s a blackened plum with a slight red undertone and a sweet vanilla scent that’s a vampy lip lovers dream.

Matte Fearless glides across the lips with a lightweight creamy texture and full coverage in a single swipe. The color may look a little scary in the tube but it’s easy to apply and it holds up well on the lips. There’s no cracking, settling, bleeding or feathering. Even without a lip liner.

Despite its matte formula, Matte Fearless is quite comfortable to wear and doesn’t feel drying at all. It lasts for around 5-6 hours before leaving behind an intense deep plum stain that lasts for hours. As usual, Milani has whipped up yet another great lipstick! If you haven’t checked out any of the new Color Statement Matte Lipsticks you’re seriously missing out. Matte Fearless is the must have lipstick for fall!
