African Royale Hot Six Oil Review

African Royale Hot Six Oil

When you have thick, curly hair, it’s almost inevitable that you become addicted to oils. Olive oil, castor oil, jojoba oil–there’s so many to choose from. And I’ve tried just about all of them. The only that my hair loves more than water and conditioner is oil. Oils instantly moisturize, add shine and lock in moisture while conditioning hair over time. I live for moisturizing and sealing and adding oils to my deep conditioner so they’re a huge part of my haircare routine.

My holy grail oil is a rich blend created by African Royale called Hot Six Oil. It earns the name from its versatility as its suitable for the hair, body and skin and can even be used as a hot oil treatment. Which is totally believable because Hot Six Oil is formulated with pretty much every great natural ingredient you can think of. There’s a blend of oils including olive, castor, sweet almond and more. Plus other goodies, like Vitamins A, E and D as well as henna and ginseng. Basically, everything under the kitchen sink that nature has to offer to keep your tresses healthy and shiny.

That’s why it’s one of my top choices when it’s oil time. It’s a little thick but it’s very moisturizing and makes my hair feel so soft while delivering tons of shine. I use a little on my ends regularly to keep them from getting dry but it also helps to tame fly aways. Or even smooth out my edges when mixed with a little conditioner and water.

I’ve been using Hot Six Oil for about 4 years now and I’ve gone through countless bottles of this stuff because it just works so well for my dry, relaxed hair. However, I think anyone could use and fall in love with Hot Six Oil because there’s so many ways to use it for maximum results. If your hair is thick and porous like mine, you can massage few drops into your hair from end to root nightly for soft, shiny and manageable locks in the morning. If your hair is fine, you can use Hot Six Oil as a hot oil treatment or deep conditioner to nourish your strands. The possibilities are truly endless!
