ELF Studio Small Stipple Brush Review

ELF Studio Small Stipple Brush

Finding a good all-purpose makeup brush can be a little difficult but ELF is making lives easier everywhere with their Studio Small Stipple Brush. This $3 wonder brush can do it all! Literally. You could contour, highlight, apply blush, blend concealer…….the list goes on and on.

ELF Studio Small Stipple Brush

The ELF Studio Small Stipple Brush is a tiny yet powerful duo fiber brush made of synthetic fibers to handle powder, creams and liquids effortlessly. It has a small, round head that’s very dense and soft to the touch. It picks up just the right amount of pigment and blends like a dream — no matter what product you use.

ELF Studio Small Stipple Brush

I’ve used the ELF Studio Small Stipple Brush to blend and set my concealer, apply blush, highlight and contour for years because the quality is just superb. I’ve had this particular brush for over 3 years and it’s held up quite well. The handle did fall off a while back but after gluing that sucker back on it was as good as new. And still kicking!

There are literally a million ways to use the Small Stipple Brush but I absolutely love using it to blend my contour. Cream or powder, the Small Stipple Brush blends my contour to airbrushed perfection with very little effort. It’s actually the only brush I use to contour at the moment. Yes, it’s that good!

If you haven’t checked out the ELF Studio brushes you are seriously missing out. They’re all really great quality but the Small Stipple Brush is a must have for everyone with cheeks, I highly recommend stopping by your local Target or CVS to get your hands on one today!

This is my go to for applying cream blush.

  2. Staci Werner

This is my go to for applying cream blush.

This is one of my all-time favorite brushes. I find it invaluable for cream products, especially ColourPop’s blushes and highlighters. With my being so fair-skinned, it’s really easy to overdo it with the pigmented creams. This brush gives me great control of amount and dispersion.

I totally agree about using it for Colour Pop items. It picks up the right amount of product.

      1. It really does! I grabbed 2 more from Target so I can use them for my blush and highlighters too. I used to swear by my MAC 188 but this gives me so much more control

    2. Yaaaas!! I use it with Happy Hour all the time and since I’ve picked up a couple more I’ve been using it for my highlighters and blushes too. I love how easy it is to use. Even with the most pigmented of products.
