Bobbi Brown Bronze Glow Highlighting Powder Review
Bobbi Brown does a lot of things right but one thing she truly knocks out of the park is highlighters. That girl knows her glow! Last year, Bobbi released two of the most amazing highlighters to ever hit the scene: Pink Glow and Bronze Glow. Both beauties were limited edition but they made such a wave that Bobbi brought ’em back for second helpings.
I wasn’t much into Bobbi Brown back then but I know a great highlight when I see it so I didn’t hesitate to snap up Bronze Glow last year. Fast forward to today and Bronze Glow is still one of my favorite highlighters and now it can become yours! Well, while it’s still available at Sephora.
Bronze Glow is a warm golden bronze loaded with fine golden shimmer that delivers a serious glow. And not a metallic glow either. It’s like an ethereal goddess glow that looks natural yet can still be detected from outer space. With just one sweep of my fan brush Bronze Glow makes my cheeks shimmer and sheen like no other.
In fact, Bronze Glow has become my go to highlighter at the moment because it’s effortlessly beautiful and performs so well. Bronze Glow has a smooth, velvety texture that almost feels like a cream and blends with ease. You can easily apply it with a fan brush, fluffy blush brush or even your fingers if you’d like.
Bronze Glow lasts for over 10 hours without any signs of letting up–making it pure perfection. I can apply this baby before work, jet around for 6-8 hours straight and still come home with a fresh, glowing complexion that’ll light up a room. I’m a little disappointed the limited edition packaging didn’t make a come back. Because, come on, it’s super cute. But I am glad that Bobbi has decided to bring back Bronze Glow. Even if it’s just for a limited time.
Although the packaging is different, I’ve spent more time in Sephora than I’d like to admit playing around with Bronze Glow to make sure the quality is the same. And it is. There’s no difference in color, texture or intensity of that gorgeous glow. It’s all the same. So if your local Sephora has a Bobbi Brown counter I highly recommend speeding over there to get your hands on Bronze Glow.
