Love Is On with Revlon this Valentine’s Day!
Happy Valentine’s Day my loves! If I could, I would kiss each and every last one of you on the cheek just to make you feel as warm and fuzzy as you make me feel. ‘Cause that’s what Valentine’s Day is all about: spreading love and planting kisses. And I’ve got the perfect red lipstick to help you celebrate and leave kiss marks all over your bae this year.
Revlon was feeling a bit cheeky this year and whipped up a few limited edition makeup sets to help you look romantically beautiful for your special night out. My bffs actually gifted me with a lipstick and compact set because they’re the best, of course. The set included an adorable red heart shaped mirror compact and a Super Lustrous Lipstick in 740 Certainly Red. Certainly Red is a bright neutral red with a creamy satin finish that has classic pin up feel. It’s the kind of red that anyone can pull off–especially with a good liner.
Certainly Red glides on with a creamy, lightweight texture and intense pigmentation with a light sheen that makes lips look full, juicy and kissable. Perfect for Valentine’s Day. The creamy formula feels really nice on the lips and is quite easy to apply but I definitely recommend pairing Certainly Red with a good lip liner to lock the color in place as it has a slight tendency to bleed.
Minus the slight bleeding, Certainly Red wears rather well. It’s rather easy on the lips and lasts for around 3-4 hours before fading into an intense stain that doesn’t stays put pretty much all day. Leaving your kissable red pout still in tact through a romantic date and even a bit of lip locking. If you still haven’t picked out your Valentine’s Day lip just yet I think you’ll love Revlon’s Certainly Red Super Lustrous Lipstick!

Revlon lippies are so pretty and I love how glossy this red looks! xo
I agree. Revlon makes some of the best drugstore lipsticks. I don’t usually do glossy reds like this but I actually enjoyed Certainly Red. It’s quite pretty!
