When you have dry skin and fine lines setting powder is probably one of your least favorite products. For people with normal to oily skin, setting powder is this miracle product that refines foundation and concealer for an airbrushed look that’s smooth, shine-free and flawless. For dry skin, setting powder just makes skin look more dry and even cakey as it accentuates texture and fine lines. Pretty much everything you’re trying to hide. Most setting powders have a thin, grainy texture that requires a bit more blending or pushing into the skin. Bye Bye Pores Silk HD Anti-Aging Micro-Powder, on the other hand, has a much finer texture with a “fluffier” feel that sinks into concealer and soaks up excess product with less effort and less product.

Since I’ve been using the It Cosmetics Bye Bye Pores Silk HD Anti-Aging Micro-Powder my concealer doesn’t crease much at all now and my makeup looks much better by the end of the day. There’s no caked up powder in my fine lines or any concealer pooling into them in the midst of me shying away from setting powder.
