Who said you have to spend a lot of money to look good? Budget beauty is in right now, honey! Everyone is out to save a buck and look good while doing it. And Rainbow is making it hella easy for us these days!

The throwback store from the 90s/2000s where you could find every color cami and some of the most outrageous jewelry and hair clips ever. We left Rainbow in the dust when other brands like Forever 21 and Fashion Nova took over the budget beauty fashion game. It took Rainbow some years of playing catch up but they’re here, honey! And allegedly with the same fashions as Fashion Nova for much less.
Rainbow is my New Favorite Store!
Now I can’t confirm that Rainbow and Fashion Nova carry the same clothes. However, I can confirm that Rainbow does indeed have some incredibly cute clothes! And they’re similar in style and quality to things I’ve seen and tried from Fashion Nova. Except Rainbow is much cheaper!
Naturally you may have to do a little rack surfing. Just as you would page surfing through Fashion Nova. Difference is:
- You get more bang for your buck.
- You’re guaranteed to like and receive the items you picked.

Yup, you read the right! This super cute yellow mustard, navy, cream and coral skirt is just $7.99! It’s a simple cotton pencil skirt with plenty of stretch and a comfy elastic waist band. You can wear it high waisted or as a regular skirt. The choice is truly yours!

I was headed to Hustle & Brunch Detroit this day so I really wanted a look that was simple yet cute and comfortable. Cute and comfy is always the attire for brunch!
I decided to pair this cute striped skirt from Rainbow with a basic mustard yellow tank I scored from Forever 21 way back. Their basic camisoles and tanks are gold for quick, simple looks!
To give my look a little flair, I threw on these nude constructed wedges from Charlotte Russe that’s been hiding in my closet for years. Lastly, I grabbed my Michael Kors draw-string purse and added some cute gold bangles from Things Remembered to pull it all together.

I highly recommend dropping by your local Rainbow! You’d be surprised how cute their clothes are now. And the quality is quite impressive! I received compliments on this skirt literally everywhere I went. My dad even said he loved it! Rainbow is definitely #BaddieOnABudget approved!
