Ruby Kisses Bronze Glow All Over Glow Bronzing Powder Review

Ruby Kisses Bronze Glow All Over Glow Bronzing Powder

It’s no surprise that I’m an avid lipstick junkie. But what you probably didn’t know is that I’m obsessed with highlighters too. I like to sparkle, baby! There’s just something about bronze, glowy cheeks that looks super sexy. Especially when the light hits it just right. Just beautiful!

It may seem like all the good glowy bronzers are expensive but that totally isn’t this case. See this stunning Ruby Kisses Bronze Glow powder? It’s only $6! And the quality? Simply amazing! The formula reminds me a lot of the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish powders.

Bronze Glow is a deep warm golden bronze with flecks of fine gold shimmer all swirled into a baked marble design that’s just gorgeous. It’s slightly powdery (like a MSF) as it kicks up a bit of product in the pan but it has a finely milled texture that adheres to the skin well without looking powdery. While it blends easily, Bronze Glow is intensely pigmented and shimmery so it might not suit lighter complexions or large pores.

It does, however, look amazing on deep complexions! The bronze base really warms up the complexion and all that golden shimmer really makes skin glow like no tomorrow. Just be sure to apply with a light hand of duo fiber brush because Bronze Glow is easy to over apply. If you’re not careful you can go from bronze goddess to disco ball real quick. We certainly don’t want that! Once you master the application Bronze Glow is a breeze to wear though. It lasts for over 8 hours before I notice any slight fading and it doesn’t start to look patchy or anything once it begins to wear off.

Overall, I’m incredibly impressed with the quality of the Ruby Kisses Bronze Glow All Over Glow Bronzing Powder! It’s incredibly similar to the MAC Mineralize Skinfinish Powders and costs a fraction of the price ($6 vs $30). I don’t own Gold Deposit but I’ve swatched it a million times at the MAC counter and I’d say Bronze Glow is a darn good dupe! Formula and texture-wise I find Bronze Glow to be quite comparable to my MAC MSFs so if you’re a fan of them I highly recommend checking your local Beauty Supply for the Ruby Kisses All Over Glow Bronzing Powders!
